Due to a large number of male athletes, we are seeking a male coach to head this section of our team. Responsibilities would include riding the men's bus to and from practices (8-10 pm) and to meets. This coach would be responsible for attendance, everyday discipline, instruction, and guidance of the men's section. The head coach will provide all daily workouts and instructions, but the male coach would assist in implementing the team culture and effective workouts. Multiple years of experience in the sport is mandatory, but experience coaching is not required.
