Thoughts. Having a bias is normal. It's natural. Human behavior. The problem is having good judgement. Do you judge people by the color of their skin? The clothes they wear? The culture they live? That's bad judgement. Judge people based on their character. Are they a good person? Do they have moral and ethical values? That's good judgement. You can judge people more specifically depending on situtations. Like a job interview. Are they qualified? Are they hardworking? Are they competent and dependable? Can you rely on this person? Justified judgement based on the situation you're dealing with. Oversimplified statements like "Don't judge people", should be considered a fallacy. This seems like common sense, but it still needs to be reminded.

I have been asked many questions that people shared on GlassDoor. level 2 I did that, and I took notes. :) level 1 "Why would you like to work for us? " - Research any company you're interviewing for, and be ready with an answer as to why you're specifically looking to work for them. level 1 I took a Communications Applications class in 8th Grade. The teacher litterally gave us a sheet that had common questions interviewers ask. Since it was awhile ago I might not find it but I'll try, but I dont want to leave you empty handed here, One tip I do remember is always ask questions in return at the end. It can show interest and that the applicant is confident, if I remember anymore il post them.
