Cons More Professional Development As a substitute teacher, I was paid little more than minimum wage to fulfill many of the duties the teachers (I was "subbing" for) normally fulfilled. Although teaching children had massive psychological benefits, the lack of good pay; paid time off; sick days; and employee bonuses and recognition made substitute teaching for CPSB a very stressful experience. I wish our supervisors had our backs if someone says we did something we are guilty they never follow through with researching anything they believe anything tht is told to them, we don't feel appreciated at all but we love our job because we as bus drivers work together as a unit we do what we have to do for the children Caddo is a great company to work for. They are considerate of employee needs and there is always room for growth and advancement within the system.
