In my opinion, it went quite good as they were explaining heaps about the job description and potential clients. The interview ended and wished me farewell. 2 days later i got a call asking me "how do you think you did in your interview" with no apology whatsoeva. Then she told me i wasn't successful. Something seriously suspicious about this whole process. It is quite ridiculous and it seems they already filled the position before i had even started. Pretty silly and unprofessional. Interview alot to do with the job and history, they were talking alot as if i had already got the job. They also asked me why i'd be a good support worker. Answered all pretty well Answer Question
