Описание Founded in 1903, Klingberg Family Centers is a private, nonprofit multi-service agency providing help to thousands of persons across Connecticut each year. Our goal is to extend hope and healing to children and families whose lives have been traumatized by abuse and/or neglect in its various forms, severe family problems and mental health issues. Through an array of group care, special education, foster care and community programs, children and parents are given the encouragement and skills they need to function more effectively at home, in school and in their community.
A few early 30s looking young adults where there, they shook our hands and had us write name tags. After all was said and done, we sat down and wondered what kind of interview this was. Very enthusiastic, and quite convincing mid 30s guy who we'll name Corey stands up front and welcomes us to Vector Marketing. His "assistant" hands us an information packet, a little booklet and a pen. As much as I remember him talking about this great opportunity, I don't remember him actually telling us what the job was. They had several presentations and guest speakers come in to tell us about how much money they make (they know that money talks to broke 18 year olds), told us what a great company is, motivational speeches about learning about who we are... They made us do an icebreaker, exercises about that wouldn't happen in a normal group interview. At the end of these exercises, Corey tells us that not everyone is meant for this opportunity, and they would decide at the end of the interview who is welcome back for the training.
